REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Empire DR Transfers – Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Empire DR Transfers, we aim to provide reliable and flexible airport transportation services. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully before booking.

Free Cancellation

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before pickup time are eligible for a full refund (100%)
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method

Late Cancellation Fees

• Cancellations made within 12–24 hours of pickup: 50% cancellation fee
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup: No refund (100% charge applies)

No-Show Policy

If the customer does not show up at the agreed pickup location: No refund will be issued

This includes:

• Wrong address provided
• Customer unreachable
• Failure to meet driver after waiting period

Waiting Time Policy

• Airport pickups: Up to 60 minutes free waiting time after flight arrival
• Hotel / other pickups: Up to 15 minutes free waiting time
• After free waiting time: Additional charges may apply

Flight Delays & Changes

• We monitor all flights in real-time
• If your flight is delayed: Your pickup will be automatically adjusted
• If your flight is cancelled or rescheduled: Contact us immediately to modify your booking

Booking Modifications

• Changes (date, time, location) are allowed up to 24 hours before pickup (free)
• Changes within 24 hours: Subject to availability and possible fees

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

• Last-minute cancellations (<12 hours)
• No-shows
• Incorrect booking details provided by customer
• Delays caused by customer (not flight-related)
