By booking our transportation services, excursions, or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservation.

1. Booking & Reservations

All bookings must be made through our official website, email, WhatsApp, or authorized agents.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate travel details including:

• Flight number
• Arrival / departure time
• Pickup location
• Contact information

Failure to provide correct information may result in delays or service disruption.

2. Payment Policy

Full payment or required advance payment must be completed at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

We accept payments via:

• Credit / Debit Cards
• Online Payment Gateway
• Bank Transfers

Bookings are not guaranteed until payment confirmation is received.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free cancellation may be allowed up to 24–48 hours before service, depending on service type.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be non-refundable.
• Refund processing may take 5–10 business days.

Refund eligibility depends on the selected service and booking conditions.

4. Waiting Time Policy

For airport pickups:

• Complimentary waiting time of up to 60 minutes is provided after flight landing.
• Additional waiting time may be charged at standard hourly rates.

For hotel pickups:

• Driver will wait up to 15 minutes from scheduled pickup time.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must:

• Arrive on time at pickup location
• Follow safety instructions from drivers
• Avoid carrying illegal or dangerous items

Empire DR Transfers reserves the right to refuse service if passenger behavior is unsafe or abusive.

6. Service Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by:

• Traffic congestion
• Weather conditions
• Road closures
• Government restrictions
• Natural disasters

However, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements.

7. Vehicle & Service Changes

Empire DR Transfers reserves the right to:

• Upgrade or change vehicle type
• Assign partner operators
• Modify service schedule

This may occur due to operational requirements or availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Loss or damage of personal belongings
• Missed flights due to incorrect information provided by customer
• Indirect or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booked service.

9. Website Usage

All website content including logos, text, images, and booking systems are the property of Empire DR Transfers.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or misuse is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic.

Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the appropriate local courts.

11. Changes to Terms

Empire DR Transfers reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
